Infrastructure Program Assessment
WATC’s green and regular bond issuances, including floating rate notes, support the delivery of the Western Australian Government’s infrastructure program as outlined in the 2025–26 State Budget. For the $38 billion of forward infrastructure spending commitments outlined in the State Budget, WATC has undertaken an internal assessment to determine the extent to which the parliamentary-approved forward infrastructure program aligns with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA)’s Green and Social Bond Principles (GBP and SBP).
